Consultant Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to lead a team of 5-7 consultants while managing client accounts and driving revenue growth. This leadership role combines account management, sales strategy, and team mentorship to deliver measurable results. Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and support a team of 5-7 consultants to achieve sales objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Oversee team performance and drive account management, cross-selling, and upselling strategies within your territory.
  • Sales Execution: Identify and develop opportunities to expand JD Consults' footprint, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular engagement and account reviews.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and compliance solutions to differentiate JD Consults in the marketplace.
  • Pipeline Management: Monitor and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer data in the JD Consults portal.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Remote Sales Management: Lead sales activities remotely via email, phone, and video conferencing.


Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven success in sales management, with experience coaching and motivating a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with legal or corporate compliance industries is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales management software.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Highly goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.

Compensation:
1099 Position – Target Salary Range: $68,000 - $94,500 (base performance standards).

Tier 1: 6% on direct team member revenue.
Tier 2: 12% on total team revenue.
Tier 3: 21% on total account revenue (far exceeding goals).
